Refund policy

At ilovedogs.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked non-returnable on the product page

  • Items returned after the return window

  • Pet food, treats, chews, supplements, medicines, grooming liquids, shampoos, sprays, hygiene and consumable products once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

📧 Email us at woof@ilovedogs.in within 10 days of delivery
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Reverse pickup facility is currently not available

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after receipt and quality inspection of the returned item

  • Approval of refund is subject to inspection by our team

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4–10 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds do not apply, as COD is not available

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as return + fresh order
